Hot at the christmas party Here, we sift through the wardrobes of four of ireland's most fashionable women for some festive inspiration. "I'd describe my style a mixture of high street and vintage.I'm also a big fan of 'upcycling' adding studs or jewels to things that are already in my wardrobe. "At college, you'll find me in shorts, boots and a jacket. On nights out, i love to wear a dress or skirt and killer heels. My favourite vintage store is retro rose in killarney. "Of course, http://www.replast-podlahy.cz/kontakt/ there have been some questionable purchases too. Most recently, i splashed out on a pair of blue velvet stilettos that look great, but are impossible to walk in. "My 'go to' party is a royal blue vintage number that cost 70 from mon amie in killarney. "The eye catching colour, shape and embellishment make it the perfect party dress.Even though it was an impulse buy, it's the sort of statement dress i'll have for years. "Cork native elaine crowley, 35, presents midday on tv3. "In my 20s, i was very self conscious and always played it safe in black. Now in my 30s, i'm much more comfortable in my own skin and pretty much wear whatever i like. "When it comes to fashion, i http://mldinterim.com/michael-kors-sale-online/were-michael-kors-crowned-champions/ go from one extreme to another either dolled up to the nines on the red carpet or lounging around in jeans and a t shirt. "Right now, i'm loving the whole mad men vibe tailored skirts and dresses because it's sexy without being too revealing.I also have a bit of thing for animal print and have to be careful not to look like bette lynch from coronation street. "I http://www.vinirolfo.it/the-michael-kors-satchels-selma-2015/ get most of my clothes from debenhams, penneys and awear. If i won the lotto though, i would dress in head to toe michael kors. "I got my trusty party dress in camille boutique in malahide a http://filmjetaime.com/michael-kors-online-outlet-can-go/ few years ago.It cost 200, but was worth every cent as i've worn it to death. "With its flattering shape, i feel a million dollars in this dress.Every time i wear it out, i get into all sorts of trouble. "Celebrity beautician lesley barrett, 43, runs the skin clinic in cork. "Even though i'm in the business of keeping people looking young, http://sedona-message.com/michael-kors-outlet-online-i/on-michael-kors-shoulder-bags-chelsea-how i think there are definitely rules for dressing in your 40s. "For me, anything too short or low is a no no.For example, i always cover my knees when showing my arms and vice versa. "My style icon would have to be my mum, who proves that you can look good at any age. "These days, if i'm not in uniform, you'll probably find me in a barbour jacket and hunter wellies walking my dogs. "But for something more glamorous, my favourite shops are lisboa boutique, oliver plunkett street, cork and bluefig boutique in ballincollig, co cork. "Supporting local businesses is what's going to help us climb out of this recession. "I found this dress by irish designer aideen bodkin(299)In minutes at lisboa. After trying it on, i knew it was the one for me it's my favourite colour and covers all my worst bits.

5 Reasons You Can't Concentrate http://infopanti.senyumkita.com/di-yogyakarta/bantul/for-ralph-lauren-uk-stores-expats/
"That's right around the time people start multitasking more, juggling jobs, families, a home, and other personal obligations and problems focusing and staying alert seem to get worse,"He says.
But not everyone who slacks on work or forgets appointments has adhd; There are plenty of other reasons you may be losing focus. Here are five things that could be sucking your attention span dry.Plus:When you should consider seeing your doctor.
Your blackberry, computer, cell phone, and ipod all compete for your attention no wonder you're distracted! To a certain point, your brain can act as secretary, keeping you organized and helping with time management. But the more multitasking you try to do, the harder it is for you to stay focused on any single task, research shows.Learning basic organizational skills, like writing down responsibilities and maintaining a day planner, can help alleviate these problems. So can taking a break from constant television, internet, and email inundation or setting house rules about technology free times after dinner or before bed, for example.
See your doc if:You consistently find yourself being pulled away from important tasks and not being able to get back to them, and you can remember being this way for most of your adult life with or without the help of the internet or a cell phone. When the brain's not functioning properly, you can't bounce from task to task without being easily distracted by thoughts or background activities, says dr.Wilens.
If you're missing out on sufficient shut eye most likely seven to eight hours a night you're probably irritable, dealing with mind fog, and have difficulty managing daily tasks. That's a normal reaction, says dr.Wilens. "By getting adequate rest, https://www.jonahgroup.com/uncategorized/10-awesome-ralph-lauren-donna-saldi-fads/ like hitting the sack earlier, you should get your focus back,"He says.
See your doc if:You or your partner have sleep problems or constantly wake up unrefreshed, suffer from constant moodiness, and have attention issues, such as a lack of focus or ability to stay alert. You could have an undiagnosed sleep disorder or might benefit from basic sleep hygiene tips. For adults with http://nuestraescuela.educacion.gov.ar/shoes-cheap-michael-kors-articles/ adhd, missing out on sleep can make symptoms worse and simply improving nighttime habits won't fully eliminate them.
Sure, everyone's unhappy at work from time to time maybe your client presentation flopped or your boss gave you a poor performance review. And if a disorganized work environment or a boring project make it difficult http://www.838911.net/?p=241 to focus, that's completely normal. But if you find that you consistently can't complete projects to the extent that you're missing deadlines or getting in trouble for it you probably need medical attention.Or a new job.
See your doc if:You have severe problems with procrastination, wander aimlessly at work, and have a past history of poor work performance or switch jobs a few times a year.Adults with adhd consistently have difficulties completing tasks and are often considered the"Weak link"On the team. "They struggle with a constant feeling of underachievement and with self esteem issues,"Says dr.Wilens.Across the board, they report more job changes, less tenure, and not as much enjoyment at work.
Stress takes a toll on concentration, says dr.Wilens. "It competes with your cognitive centers the areas in the brain that are responsible for quick, sharp thoughts so being anxious or stressed drags focus down even further,"He says.Consider meditation:Researchers at the university of wisconsin madison found that the relaxation http://sedona-message.com/michael-kors-outlet-online-i/fergie-michael-kors-outlet-australia technique can increase your ability to block out distractions.Another study, from researchers at ucla, suggests that in adults with adhd, meditation improves attention and eases symptoms of anxiety and depression.
See your doc if:You have other mood disorders related to stress, such as anxiety and depression, which often coincide with adhd. Also, consider it if stress is making inattention or distraction worse, which, in turn, is negatively impacting your job, relationships, or academics.Discussing the results with your doctor may help quantify how you're feeling.
Mounting evidence suggests that regular exercise can keep your mind sharp and increase learning and memory capacity. It's even more crucial in adults with adhd, who battle mental restlessness. "My patients who exercise all report that they see improvement in attention,"Says dr.Wilens.Working up a sweat can also help you burn off the extra energy that causes you to feel fidgety, and it can help you sleep better at night.
See your doc if:You have a difficult time sitting still(Like during a meeting or at your desk)And have an urge to constantly get up and move around the office.Or seek help if you're self medicating by exercising too much say, two to three hours a day just to keep your restlessness at bay.

I love you Kole. You were such an amazing little brother. I wish we were able to watch you grow up, and become a cop, or a firefighter, like you always wanted to be. I wish I could just see you one more time, and tell you how much i love you and miss you. I remember the one time that we had with the plunger. You were chasing Charisma and I all around the house with it. You were the best little brother anyone could ever ask for, and i think about you everyday. I would give up anything just to have you back in my life. Life is so unfair.
