And so it Begins!

My journey to this point began, oddly enough, at the finish line of the Salt Lake Marathon.  If you sit and watch people crossing a finish line, you will be hooked.  You will see all of the realities of the race unleashed at that point.  You will see those who have trained a lot, those who haven't trained so much.  Those who are running for their lives and those who are just running for fun.  After seeing this for years, it was my turn to give it a try and this year I am slated to run a total of 4 marathons including the goal Peta Pack race:  The St. George Marathon on October 5, 2013.

Being able to run for a cause makes every running experince richer.  The goal of this Peta Pack page is to raise awareness for the precious life that is around us.  We live in a world that requires perfection in order for life to exist.  The Earth must be at its proper location away from the sun and even the placement of Jupiter, Mars and Venus have everything to do with our survival on this planet.  The micoroorganisms in the Ocean play a pivitol role in ensuring our survival.  Life is so rare and so precious, yet, each day we hear stories of people abusing others and, tragically, animals.  Life is so race and so preciousl  It is the only thing we can not replace.

It is my belief that every creature on this planet has a right - yes right - to live a happy life in whatever capacity that might be.  Gestation crates, chicken coops, etc. play no part of that fulfilling life.  Whatever your personal feelings are toward PETA or stories you wish to believe, please consider their and MY only goal is to stand for what is right.  If you are not able to make it to the finish line of any race, know there is a greater way you can support my cause:  please contribute and be a voice for those who have none
